If you've been looking for that perfect mountain getaway that actually feels private but doesn't isolate you from everything, this is exactly what you want. Framed by beautiful maple trees in the front yard and surrounded by tall pines, this home hits the sweet spot for a full-time cabin, a weekend escape from the city, or an investment property. Plus, you get peace of mind with major upgrades already done, including a new roof installed in 2017 with a 50 year life span and brand-new dual-pane windows. Inside, the house immediately feels warm and inviting. The open layout gets great natural light, showcasing the new lighting throughout and those classic mountain wood accents that make it feel cozy--whether you're having coffee by the window in the morning or hanging out by the fire after a long day on the slopes. There is also a brand-new glass door that opens up beautifully to the backyard, where a great juniper tree offers extra privacy and mountain charm. One of the best things about this spot is the location. You're just a short walk from local hiking trails when you want to get out into the national forest. If you want a bite to eat, the local neighborhood eatery is just a quick stroll away, and getting daily essentials is incredibly easy with Easy's Market and the Post Office right down the street. When you want to head into town, you're only a short drive from Big Bear Lake, the slopes at Bear Mountain and Snow Summit, and all the shopping and dining in the Village. Come take a look and see it for yourself!
